1. Processing Times

Every creation is prepared in our workshop in Dour, Belgium.

In-stock products: usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.

Personalised products: production and dispatch usually take 5–10 working days.

During busy periods, particularly before the holidays or around conventions, additional time may be required. We will notify you of any significant delay.

2. Carriers and Estimated Transit Times

Orders are shipped through Bpost, DPD or an equivalent carrier, depending on the destination and the options offered when the order is placed.

Belgium: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.

France and neighbouring countries: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Rest of Europe: usually 5–10 working days after dispatch.

These transit times are estimates and do not limit consumers’ statutory delivery rights.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed and depend on factors including the destination and shipment characteristics.

4. Tracking

When tracking is available, the necessary information is provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.

5. Responsibility During Transit

When the carrier is selected or offered by Created, Created remains responsible for the goods until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.

When the customer independently chooses a carrier that was not offered by Created, risk transfers when the goods are handed over to that carrier.

If a parcel is lost, not received or damaged, contact us as soon as possible at contact@created-artisan.com with your order number and, for damage claims, photos if possible.

We will handle the claim with the carrier and apply the remedies provided by applicable law.

6. Delivery Address

Customers should carefully review their delivery address before confirming an order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
